Terms and Conditions – Nail Training Courses

By purchasing or enrolling in any training course provided by Nicola, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Course Booking

Your place on the course is only secured once full payment or the first payment of an agreed payment plan has been received.

Courses operate with limited class sizes to ensure high-quality training and individual attention.

Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Refund Policy

All course purchases are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of training courses, preparation, kits, resources and reserved training spaces, refunds cannot be issued once a booking has been made.

Please ensure you are fully committed and able to attend before purchasing.

If you are unable to attend your booked training date, you must notify us as soon as possible.

In certain circumstances, at the discretion of Nicola, you may be offered the opportunity to transfer your place to a future training date. This is not guaranteed and may only be offered if sufficient notice is provided.

Course Transfers

Course transfers may be considered if you provide a minimum of 14 days notice prior to your training date.

Transfers are limited to one change per booking.

If less than 14 days notice is given, your course place may be forfeited.

Failure to Attend

Failure to attend the training without prior notice will result in loss of your course place and payment.

No refunds or reschedules will be offered for missed courses.

Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, all payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

Loss of course access
Cancellation of training place
Outstanding balances being pursued

Certificates will only be issued once full payment has been received.

Course Kits and Materials

Some courses include professional training kits and materials.

These are provided for training purposes and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Kits may vary depending on availability but will always meet professional training standards.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, manuals, methods and course content remain the intellectual property of Nicola and the training academy.

These materials must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught or shared with others without written permission.

Any breach of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Student Responsibility

Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during training.

Nicola reserves the right to remove any student from a course if behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate. In this situation no refund will be issued.

Students are responsible for ensuring they meet any prerequisites for specific courses.

Course Changes

Nicola reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to course content, dates or structure where necessary in order to maintain training quality.

If a course date must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered an alternative training date.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide safe, professional training, Nicola cannot be held responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions or damages resulting from products used during or after training.

Students are responsible for carrying out appropriate client consultations and patch tests when working professionally after completing training.

Agreement

By purchasing or enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
